DOMINANT SHELTERS PRIVATE LIMITED

We’ve got our office at 54 Mettupalayam Road, over by the G.N. Mills post in Coimbatore. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there’s always something to see out the window. We work on shelters and housing stuff. It’s pretty basic work, really. We look for good spots to build and then we try to make it happen. Some days are just spent on the phone trying to track down contractors or checking on permits. It’s not the most exciting thing in the world, but it’s what we do. We’ve been in this building for a while now. It’s a bit old but it suits us just fine. We have a small team here, so we all know each other well. Sometimes we argue about how a project should go, but it usually gets sorted out over lunch. Coimbatore has a lot of growth, so we stay fairly busy most of the year. We don't have any big marketing team. It’s just us doing the work and hoping the houses turn out the way they are supposed to. Sometimes the materials arrive late or the prices go up, which is a headache. We just deal with it as it comes. It’s a straightforward way to make a living, and we’re happy to be doing it here.
