Decisive Townships And Traders Private Limited operates out of No.54 on Mettupalayam Road. We are near the GN Mills Post area. Our work is split between developing township areas and doing some trading on the side. It’s a busy road, so there is always something happening outside our door. We started this because we saw how much the outskirts of the city were changing. It’s not a fancy office, just a place to store our records and meet with contractors. We spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to lay out roads and plots. The trading side involves getting materials like steel or stone for various builders. It is a lot of logistics and timing. If the truck is late, the whole day is messed up. We don't have a big marketing department. We just talk to people and do what we said we would do. Sometimes the paperwork for these townships takes years, and it can be very frustrating. We just have to be patient and keep following up with the authorities. Mettupalayam Road is a main artery, so we get people stopping by just to ask what we are building. We try to give them straight answers without any fluff. It’s hard work, and the sun can be brutal when we are out in the fields, but it’s what we do for a living every day.
