Our place is in Chinnavedampatti, right near the Coimbatore Public School. If you know where Saravanampatti is, we’re just around there. We are at SF No 492/2 and 493. It’s a growing part of Coimbatore, so there is always some new construction happening nearby. We handle property promotion and development. It basically means we spend a lot of time looking at land and figuring out how to make it useful. The office can be a bit quiet when everyone is out on the field, but it gets busy when the parents are dropping their kids off at the school next door. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything. It’s just desks and maps and a lot of coffee. Sometimes we have to deal with weird land issues or local regulations that don’t make much sense, but we get through it. It’s a lot of talking to people and trying to find the right plot for the right use. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to build up this part of town properly. Sometimes the weather stops us from getting out to the sites, which is a bit of a drag. We just wait for the rain to stop and get back to work. It’s a practical business, and we like the people we meet around here.
