Chaaduryan Constructions Private Limited

Our office for Chaaduryan Constructions Private Limited is located at No.10, Sri Ganesh Nagar, in the Jothipuram area. It’s a bit of a quieter spot compared to the middle of Chennai, which we actually prefer for doing our planning. The office is a simple building where we store our files and some of the smaller equipment we use. We aren't there all day because construction requires us to be out on the ground most of the time. Usually, we start our mornings there with a cup of coffee and a quick look at the day's tasks. Then it's out to the sites to see how the foundations or the walls are coming along. Jothipuram is a nice community and we’ve gotten to know the people around here quite well. Our desks are usually a bit cluttered with invoices and notes from the site foremen. We don’t have a big staff, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. If a delivery is late, we are the ones making the calls to find out where it is. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. We focus on the practical side of building and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit messy on a site. The office is just a place to recharge and get the paperwork sorted before the next day starts. We like the steady pace of work we have here in Sri Ganesh Nagar.
