Our office is on No. 22, Gandhipuram 9th Extension in Coimbatore. It is a very busy part of the city, and we have been here for a good while now. Being in Coimbatore South means we are right where a lot of the property movement happens every day. CBMN Amoha Properties is really just a group of us who know the local land and building scene. We don't have a corporate office with glass walls or fancy rugs; it’s more of a place where we sit down and talk through things with people over some coffee. The streets around Gandhipuram are always full of life, which is great for staying connected with what's happening. We deal with a lot of land documents and property details. This work involves a lot of trips to the local offices and talking to various government departments. We’ve seen how much Coimbatore has expanded over the last decade. It used to be much quieter, but now every corner has something new being built. We try to stay grounded and just handle our business one step at a time. Some days are just spent sorting out titles and some are spent visiting sites across the city in the sun. It gets really hot here, so we usually start very early in the morning to get the outdoor stuff done before noon. We aren't doing anything fancy, just helping people with property needs in our own way. It's a lot of work, but we are glad to be part of the Coimbatore community.
