Our office is over at No.12/33-2 in Jeeva Nagar. It’s part of Kannampalayam. Bharni Relators And Infra Private Limited has been operating from this spot for a while. It’s not in the middle of a big city, which we actually prefer. Things move a bit slower here compared to the downtown areas. We handle a mix of real estate and infrastructure work. Usually, our mornings are spent catching up on what happened at the sites the day before. We don’t have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and someone will be there to talk to you. The furniture is a bit old, but it works for what we need. We are mostly focused on the local area around Kannampalayam. Most of us grew up not too far from here, so we know the land and the people. When we aren't at our desks, we are probably out looking at a piece of land or meeting with a contractor. It's practical work that requires us to be out in the sun quite a bit. We don't try to sound more important than we are. We are just a small company trying to do right by the projects we take on. Sometimes we have a lot on our plate, and other times it’s a bit quieter. We just take it as it comes and try to stay busy. It’s a simple way to work, but it suits us just fine. Everyone here knows their job and gets it done.
