Bace Swiftbuild Private Limited

Bace Swiftbuild is based over in State Bank Colony in Vasanth Nagar. It’s part of the Singanallur area. It’s actually a pretty nice, quiet neighborhood to work in, which we appreciate after being out on noisy construction sites all day. Our office at No. 12 is where we do all the planning and the boring stuff like payroll and ordering materials. We aren’t a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It’s just a small group of us trying to do things the right way. We don't have a receptionist or a polished waiting room. If you come by, you’ll probably find us hunched over a table looking at some messy drawings. We spend a lot of time worrying about things like the cost of steel or if the rain is going to hold up the foundation work. Construction is full of those kinds of worries. We just take it one day at a time. Sometimes things go perfectly, and other times we have to redo a whole section because it just didn't look right. We don't pretend to be perfect, but we do put in the hours. It’s honest work, and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We’ve been in this spot for a bit and we like how things are going. It’s just us, working hard in Singanallur.
