Avian Store

Avian Store is tucked away on 3rd Street Extension in Gandhipuram. Being so close to 100 Feet road means we get a lot of people passing through Coimbatore. Our address at 32 is easy to find if you know the area. The shop isn't big, but we try to keep a bit of everything on the shelves. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so the ceiling fan stays on high speed all day. I usually spend my time checking the stock or talking to the delivery guys who bring in the crates. There’s always a bit of a mess with cardboard boxes near the counter, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. Customers come in looking for batteries, thread, or maybe some snacks for their journey. It’s a lot of small transactions throughout the day. I’ve lived in Coimbatore my whole life, so I know how people here like to shop. They want things quick and they want them right. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or corporate rules. I just open the door in the morning and wait for the first customer. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit in the dark for a bit, but the neighbors usually come out and chat until it comes back on. That’s just life at Avian Store. It’s a simple existence, really. Just a shop on a busy Coimbatore street where we try to keep things moving.
