We started this small thing here in Punitha Garden because we like food. It’s a busy street sometimes, but our spot at No 45 stays quiet enough to get work done. We handle snacks and things people enjoy eating daily. It isn't a huge factory or anything, just a regular space in Vadavalli where a few of us show up every morning. We get the ingredients, prep the kitchen, and make sure things are packed up right before the sun goes down. Most days involve a lot of washing and chopping. We didn't plan on being some big corporate name, just Assr Delicacies. People ask how we manage in this heat, but we just keep the fans going. It gets messy sometimes, especially when we are trying out a new recipe or when a big batch needs to go out by noon. We’ve been in Coimbatore a while now. The neighborhood knows us. If you walk past Punitha Garden, you might smell what’s cooking. We don't have fancy office chairs or a receptionist. It’s mostly just us in aprons making sure the taste stays consistent. We use what we can find locally. Sometimes things run late or a machine acts up, but that is just how it goes when you’re running a small food business. We just wanted a place to make good stuff near Vadavalli, and that’s what we are doing every day. We hope you like what we make because we put a lot of time into it.
