ASKT CONSTRUCTION AND CONSULTANCY SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED

We are located at 304-1 on Elayarasanthal Road. ASKT Construction and Consultancy is a bit of a mix. Half the time we are acting as consultants, giving advice on how to build things, and the other half we are actually out there doing the construction work ourselves. It keeps the days from getting boring. The office on Elayarasanthal Road is where we do all the planning and talk to clients. It’s not a very fancy place, just some desks and a lot of files. We’ve been operating from here for a while. The road gets quite a bit of traffic, but we don't mind the noise much. We are just a group of people who know how to get things built. When we are consulting, we spend a lot of time looking at regulations and safety stuff. When we are constructing, it’s more about managing the workers and getting the materials to the site on time. It can be stressful when things don't go right, but we just deal with it as it comes. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. We just do our work and hope the results speak for themselves. Most of our clients are local folks who need a hand with their building projects. We just keep it simple and focus on the practical side of the job every day. It’s a lot of juggling but we've gotten used to the pace over the years.
