Arun'S Bakery Enterprises Pvt.Ltd. operates out of a small space in Nehru Nagar. We are up on the first floor of the D.G. Buildings in Room No.4. It might be a bit hard to find if you aren't looking for it, but we have been here for a while now. This isn't one of those big fancy bakeries you see in the mall. We are more of a behind-the-scenes operation, focusing on the production side of things. The kitchen area takes up most of the room, and there is always a smell of flour and sugar in the air. It gets quite warm in there, especially when the ovens have been running all morning. We have a small team of workers who come in early every day to get things started. It is hard work, and our hands are usually covered in something by the end of the shift. We don't have a big storefront where people can sit down. Most of our business is handled through deliveries or people coming to pick up large orders. The office part is just a small desk in the corner piled with papers and receipts. It is a bit disorganized at times, but we know where everything is. We just focus on making sure the orders go out on time. Nehru Nagar is a busy area, so there's always noise from the street coming through the windows. We've grown used to it.
