Arunjez Smart Buildz Llp is over in Podanur. Specifically, we are at D No. 26 in Skv Devasia Nagar, which some people call Carmal Nagar. It’s a decent area to work out of. We do a lot of building work around this side of town. The office is really just a place for us to keep our tools and paperwork when we aren't out at a job site. We aren't the type to sit behind a desk all day anyway. Most of the time, our boots are dirty and we are busy talking to the masons or the electricians. Podanur has been growing quite a bit, so there is always some new project starting up or something that needs finishing. We keep things pretty simple here. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and the work. If you come by Devasia Nagar looking for us, you’ll probably see a couple of motorbikes parked outside and some cement bags near the door. We handle the smart buildz side of things, which just means we try to be sensible about how we put houses together. It’s hard work and the sun can be brutal in the afternoons, but we like seeing a building actually come together from nothing. We’ve been around this neighborhood for a while and just get on with it, one brick at a time.
