Arrdh India Projects Private Limited is located over at No 28, Kothari Mill Lane. If you know Singanallur, you know it stays pretty active all day. Our office is tucked away in the lane there. It’s a practical space for us. We don't have a big reception area or anything like that. Most of the time, the team is out at different project sites anyway. When we are actually in the office, we’re usually looking over plans or sorting out the logistics for the next day. It’s been our home base for a bit now. The lane itself is usually quiet compared to the main road, which is nice when we need to concentrate. Singanallur is a central spot, so getting around the city isn't too bad for us. We’ve got a small team here and everyone knows their job. We don’t go in for big speeches or meetings that last for hours. Usually, it’s just a quick chat over some coffee and then we get to work. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it. It’s just how things are around here. We like the local feel of the neighborhood. People stop by sometimes just to say hello. It makes the workday feel a bit more human. We’re just regular folks doing our part in the construction and project world. We’ve grown used to the sounds of the city around us.
