We are located out in Karumathampatti, specifically at 16/101 Balaji Nagar on Somanur Road. It’s a bit of a distance from the main center of Coimbatore, but we like the space we have out here. We deal with shelters and housing projects. It’s basically about helping people get a roof over their heads. We aren’t some big developer with glossy brochures and fancy sales offices. Our setup is pretty basic. We spend a lot of time talking to folks about what kind of home they can afford and what’s possible on the plots we have. Coimbatore is growing fast, and we see a lot of changes happening in the Karumathampatti area. It used to be much quieter, but now there’s more traffic and new buildings popping up every month. We try to keep our work simple and honest. Building a house is a big deal for anyone, and it comes with a lot of paperwork and stress. We try to handle the heavy lifting on the construction side so the owners don’t have to worry too much. We don’t make big promises we can't keep. We just show people what we’ve built and let the work speak for itself. Some days are long, especially when the weather isn’t helping us with the construction schedule, but we get through it. It's just us and a few regular crews working together. We stay focused on the bricks and mortar of the project.
