Amrita

Amrita is our little place located at 138, Vivekananda Road in the Ramnagar area of Coimbatore. It’s a well-known street and we’ve been part of the neighborhood for a while now. The building is tucked in with others, and if you aren't looking for the number, you might walk right past it. Inside, it’s mostly just us doing our daily tasks and handling the visitors who come in. We don't have any fancy decorations or high-end furniture, just the basics that we need to get through the day. The windows look out onto the road where you can see the scooters and buses going by constantly. We usually start the day by cleaning the front area and checking what needs to be done. It’s a bit of a small space, so we have to be organized or things get messy fast. Ramnagar is a good place to be because everything is close by, and we’ve gotten to know the other shop owners on the block quite well. We often share a coffee or talk about the weather when things are slow. There isn't a lot of mystery to what we do here; we just open the doors and help whoever walks in. It’s a simple, honest way to spend the day, and we don't feel the need to make it sound like something it’s not. It’s just our spot on Vivekananda Road where we do our work.
