Applauze Consultancy Services

We are located at S-46 in the Cpwd Officers’ Hostel over in Domlur, Bangalore. Applauze Consultancy Services is a small operation where we help people out with their career stuff and hiring needs. It isn't a big office building with glass walls or a view. We are just in a regular room with a couple of desks and some old filing cabinets that have seen better days. Bangalore is a busy city, but our corner in Domlur is a bit more laid back than the city center. We spend a lot of time looking through resumes and talking to people who are looking for work. Sometimes it's hard to find the right fit for a job, but we keep trying and making calls. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist to greet you. Usually, one of us just answers the door when someone knocks or the bell rings. We drink a lot of coffee to keep our energy up during the afternoon. The work is mostly about making connections and keeping track of who is hiring where. We’ve been doing this for a while now from this hostel office. It’s practical and it gets the job done for the people we help. We don't use a lot of corporate buzzwords because we don't see the point in it. We just want to help people get their foot in the door at different companies in the area. It is a lot of emailing and phone calls throughout the day. Some days we feel like we’re making real progress.
