Our place is on Dr Radhakrishnan Road at number 882. We are situated right at the back side of the Omni Bus Stand in Gandhipuram. It is a noisy spot, but it makes sense for what we do since travelers are always around that area. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a practical space where we handle the bookings and talk to people about where they need to go. Coimbatore traffic can be a headache, especially around this part of town, so we spend a lot of time looking out at the street. We deal with a lot of phone calls throughout the day. Some people walk in looking lost, trying to find their bus, and we point them in the right direction. It gets humid in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full speed. We don't really do much advertising; people just see our sign when they are walking from the bus stand. The back side of the stand is a bit quieter than the front, but not by much. We keep a ledger for everything and try to stay organized, even when things get hectic during the festival seasons. It is just me and a couple of others here most days. We drink a lot of coffee from the stall nearby. It is just a basic office where we get the job done without any fuss.
