Amirtham Stores

Amirtham Stores is out on Trichy Road in Sulur. We are situated quite close to Saraswathi Departmental Stores, which is a big landmark around here. Being on a main road like Trichy Road means things are always moving fast outside. Inside the shop, it’s a bit different. We try to keep a steady pace. The building is simple, and we’ve been here long enough that the front step is a bit worn down. We don’t have a big corporate office or anything like that; it’s just the shop floor and a small space in the back for extra boxes. We get a mix of people coming through, some just passing through Sulur and others who have lived here forever. The lighting inside is a bit dim in the corners, but we know where everything is kept. Usually, the morning starts with checking the milk and bread deliveries. It can get a bit cluttered when a big order comes in and we haven’t had time to put everything away yet. We don’t do any big advertising or fancy promos. People know we are here and they come in when they need something. It’s just a regular local business. We deal with the daily chores like cleaning the glass and counting the till at the end of the night. It’s honest work and we just keep at it day after day in this little corner of Sulur.
