Working near the railway line in Ganapathy can be a bit loud sometimes, but that is where we are. Agaram Building Promoters Private Limited has its office at 43-C on the 2nd Street in Viswanathapuram. You can hear the trains passing by every so often, and the whole building vibrates just a little bit, but you stop noticing it after a while. Our office is simple, with just the basic stuff we need to manage our building projects. We have a few tables pushed together and plenty of paper blueprints that we roll and unroll all day long. The street outside is narrow, so it’s always a bit of a scramble when a delivery truck comes through. We spend our mornings checking on the crews and our afternoons here in Ganapathy doing the administrative stuff that keeps things moving. It isn't a fancy setup by any means, just a place to get the job done and meet with people who are interested in what we are building. We talk to a lot of neighbors and local people who drop in to see how things are going. It’s a busy atmosphere, but we keep it pretty casual around here. There is always a pot of coffee or some tea nearby, and we just work through our list of things to do until the sun goes down. Most of the time it is just about managing the small details that make a building come together correctly around here.
