We’re located in Coimbatore, specifically out on Mettupalayam Road near the Gn.Mills Post. Our office is at number 54. It’s a busy road with a lot of trucks and cars going by all day long. Affluent Promoters Llp is the name on the door. We’ve been here for a while now. Most of our work involves land and buildings in and around the city. It’s a straightforward business. We spend a lot of time driving out to different spots to check on things. The office is where we handle all the legal bits and the maps. It’s not a very fancy place, just some chairs and tables and a printer that occasionally jams when we are in a hurry. We’ve got a few people working here who have been with us from the start. We know this part of Coimbatore like the back of our hands. Working in property can be a bit of a rollercoaster, but we’re used to it. We don’t use any big sales pitches. People come to us because they know we’ve been around for a long time. We usually have some tea and talk about the local news in the mornings before the phone starts ringing. It’s a pretty standard routine. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing. It’s a decent living and we like being our own bosses. The Gn.Mills area is a good landmark for people trying to find the building.
