We’ve been working out of RN Puram for a while now. Our office is right there in VIP Garden, specifically at 114/38B and 38C. It’s a busy spot in Sulur. People around here know us as Aanoor Constructionand Realtorssprivate Limited. We mostly deal with building houses and handling land stuff. Most days are spent on-site or dealing with paperwork in the office. It isn't anything fancy, just a practical space where we meet folks and plan out projects. We started this because we saw a lot of growth happening in this part of town and wanted to be part of it. The guys on our team are local people who understand how things work in this area. We don't really do the big flashy advertisements. Most of our work comes from word of mouth or people just walking in. Sulur has changed quite a bit over the last few years, and we've been trying to keep up with all the new rules and how people want their homes to look. It’s hard work, especially when the weather doesn't cooperate or supplies get delayed. But that's just how the construction business goes. We keep our tools ready and our phones on. If you’re ever near VIP Garden, you’ll see our sign. We’re usually around from morning until evening, unless we're out at a plot checking on how the foundation is coming along or talking to the masons. It’s a straightforward way of making a living, and we like being right here in the community.
