Aahaa Special Masala Food Products

If you travel down Poolavadi Road in Tirupur, you’ll find us at number 108. We are based in C,R Palayam, over in the Madathupalayam area. It’s a decent spot for a food business because there is enough space for us to move around. At Aahaa Special Masala Food Products, we don’t do anything too fancy. We just take the ingredients and process them into the masala mixes that people use in their kitchens. The building is a simple structure with big windows to let the light in while we work. Tirupur can be quite humid, so we have to be careful about how we store the powders so they don't get clumpy. We spend a lot of time checking the weights on the scales. It’s mostly manual work, and we don't use any massive automated systems. We like the hands-on approach. The staff mostly comes from the nearby villages, and we’ve all been working together for a long time. We have a small area where we take our tea breaks and look out at the road. You see a lot of bikes and carts going past all day. It’s a busy environment but we keep our heads down and focus on the bags we need to fill. We don't really think about being a big company; we just think about finishing the day’s work and getting home to our families.
