Aadhi Asian Traders

Aadhi Asian Traders is located at No 16-A on V.K. Road which is in the Peelamedu area. It is a fairly quiet street compared to the main highways but we still get plenty of movement. Our building is a simple one with a big metal door that we roll up every morning. We do a lot of trading with different types of goods and the warehouse space in the back is always full of crates stacked high. Peelamedu is a good place to be based because it is easy to get around from here. We have a couple of old desks and a kettle in the corner for making tea throughout the day. The concrete floor gets cold in the winter months so we usually wear thick socks. Most of the work involves checking manifests and making sure the quantities match what we were told. It is not the most exciting work in the world but it is what we know how to do. V.K. Road has a few other shops like ours so we talk to the guys next door when things are slow. We keep the records in big blue folders and try to stay organized even when things get a bit chaotic during the busy season. It is just a regular group of us working hard to keep things moving along.
