Our place is at 19-3-13 A in Tirupati. We are quite close to the Ramanuja circle, which is a busy spot. Everyone around here knows the circle, so finding us isn't too hard. We’ve been operating under the name Suresh for a while. It’s just a small setup, nothing too grand. We don't have a big fancy office or a lot of staff. Mostly it’s just a couple of us handling everything that comes our way. Tirupati is a place where there are always people moving about, especially with the temple nearby, but we are just tucked away in our little corner. The building is older, but it serves our purpose. We don't spend much time on decorations or making things look pretty. We’d rather just get the work done. Some days are slow and we just sit around talking, and other days we don't have a minute to breathe. That’s just the way it goes here. We've seen the neighborhood change over the years, but 19-3-13 A stays pretty much the same. People come by for various things, and we try to help out where we can. It’s an honest way to make a living. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. If you’re near Ramanuja circle, you might walk right past us if you aren't looking. We just keep the door open and wait to see who comes in next. Just being here at 19-3-13 A is enough for us. It is simple.
