Bawarchi Hyderabad DUM Biryani House

We are located at 73 Beri Street, right near the Krishna Puram Tana Circle in Tirupati. It’s a very busy spot with lots of vehicles and people heading towards the main temple area. The "DUM Biryani" part of our name is what most people notice first. Making biryani takes a lot of time and patience. We start the pots early in the morning so they have enough time to sit. The kitchen gets very hot, especially with the heavy lids we use. Our staff is mostly local guys who have been living in Tirupati their whole lives. We don't have a big corporate office or anything. It's just a counter, some tables, and the kitchen in the back. The street outside is always noisy with horns and bells. Sometimes it’s hard to hear the customers' orders over the traffic. We’ve had the same sign out front for years, and it’s a bit faded now from the sun. We spend most of our time making sure the rice is right and the meat is tender. There’s no secret to it, just doing it the same way every single day. We don't do much in terms of social media or ads. Most of our regulars are people who work in the nearby shops or travelers who happen to stop by the circle. It’s a simple life running a food stall here. We just hope the weather stays decent and the gas doesn't run out.
