Anis Biryani Centre

We are located at Door No 18-1-637 in Bhavani Nagar. Our shop is quite close to the Municipal Office Circle in Tirupati. If you know that area at all, you will not have any trouble finding where we are. We mostly sell biryani and that is what we do all day long. We start the fire early in the morning to get the rice and meat going in the big pots. The kitchen gets really warm but we are all used to it by now. Tirupati is a busy place with many pilgrims and locals moving around. We get a mix of both coming in for a meal. The shop is simple with a few tables and some chairs. We do not have air conditioning or anything like that. People come here to eat a quick meal and then they go about their day. We focus on getting the flavors right in the pots. My family helps me out with the serving and the cleaning up afterwards. We buy our spices from the local market nearby every few days. Sometimes we run out of food by late afternoon if the crowd is big, and then we just close up early. We do not have a fancy website or anything. We just stay here at the counter and talk to whoever comes in. Bhavani Nagar is a lively spot and being near the circle helps people see us. It is just a regular food joint where we work hard and hope the food tastes good.
