We set up Navs Fried Chicken right on Tilak Road in Tirupati. It's a very busy spot because we're so close to both the railway station and the main bus station. There is always a lot of noise and people rushing around outside our doors. We decided to open here because we knew travelers would be looking for something quick and easy to eat before their next train or bus. The shop isn't very big, and it can get a bit hot near the fryers, but we keep things moving as fast as we can. It’s mostly a counter-service kind of place. We don’t have much in the way of fancy seating, just some basic spots if you want to eat right away. The smell of the chicken usually brings people in. We aren't a big chain; it’s just a local operation we started ourselves. We spend most of our time in the back prep area or at the counter. Sometimes we run out of wings or certain pieces late at night, but that’s just part of running a small shop. It's a loud, busy environment, but we enjoy the energy of being near the stations. We don’t have a big marketing plan or anything. We just fry the chicken and hope people like it enough to come back next time they’re in Tirupati.
