Madhuvan Restaurant & Bar is located at 19-3-45 in the Renigunta area of Tirupati. If you are coming from Ramanuja Circle, we are just a short distance away, which makes us pretty easy to find even if you aren't from around here. Tirupati can get incredibly hot, so having a place where people can duck in out of the sun is important. The building itself is just a standard brick and mortar spot on the street. It’s been here for some time, and the walls have a bit of wear and tear to show for it. We don't have a big marketing department or anything; we just open the shutters in the morning and close them at night. Inside, it’s a mix of a restaurant and a bar, so you get all kinds of people coming through. Some are pilgrims just passing through Renigunta on their way to the temple, and others are locals who have been coming here for years. It can get a bit noisy when the place is full, especially on weekend nights, but that’s just part of the atmosphere. We do our own cleaning and handle the stock ourselves, so it’s a very hands-on kind of business. There’s no fancy lighting or designer furniture, just the basics that people need. It’s a hardworking place in a hardworking part of town, and we’re just glad to be a part of the daily life in Renigunta. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not.
