Sikiri Agro Producer Company Limited

Sikiri Agro Producer Company Limited is based at House No 36 in Harimu Dera. This is in the village of Laoripara, which is under the Garubhasa post office in Chirang district. We are just a local group of farmers who decided to team up. Life in Chirang is mostly about the land and what we can grow on it. We aren't a big company with a lot of money. Our office is just a regular house where we keep our logs and have our meetings. Laoripara is a small community where we all know each other’s business anyway. We figured that since we are all doing the same work, we might as well do it together. It helps when we need to buy supplies or get the harvest to the market. Garubhasa is where we get our mail and handle the paperwork side of things. It’s a lot of work being a farmer, and being part of this company makes it feel a bit more organized. We don't have any corporate slogans or big promises. We just try to get the planting done on time and hope the weather stays fair. Sometimes things go wrong, like a bad storm or pests, but we just deal with it. It’s practical, everyday work. We are proud of our village and just want to keep farming like our fathers did before us.
