Neemrush Agro Private Limited is out in Kolar, at A Block in Vemagal. We’re set up in M. Byregowda’s place. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but that’s exactly where we need to be for this kind of work. Kolar has its own rhythm, and we’ve settled into it nicely. Our day usually starts early before the sun gets too hot. We don't have a big corporate sign or a fancy lobby. It's more of a functional space where we manage our agro projects. Vemagal is a quiet place for the most part, which helps us focus on what’s important. We talk a lot with the local farmers and spend time seeing how neem products are actually being used. We aren't some distant company sending emails from a skyscraper. We’re right here in the dust and the heat. Sometimes the phone reception isn't great, so we do a lot of face-to-face talking. Our office is simple—just some desks, chairs, and a lot of papers for what we do. We drink local coffee and know most of the people on our street. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We don't follow a strict corporate handbook. We just use our common sense and work hard to make sure things get done right. It's a small team, so everyone does a bit of everything around here, from making tea to checking the inventory. It works for us.
