Our company is called Shrama Jeevi Farmerproducer Companylimited. We are located in the Chickhandigol and Hirehandigola area. The name "Shrama Jeevi" really fits us because we are all about hard work. Being out here in the countryside means you don't get anything without putting in the effort. We are a group of farmers who decided to pull our resources together. It’s not always a smooth process. Sometimes we argue about which crops to prioritize or how to split the costs, but we always figure it out in the end. Our office is just a simple place in the village where we can keep our records and meet up after a long day in the fields. It’s usually dusty and there’s always a tractor or two parked nearby. We don't have any polished marketing materials or a big website. We just rely on word of mouth and the relationships we’ve built with our neighbors over the years. Life in Chickhandigol is pretty quiet, but we stay busy with the seasons. When the rain comes, everyone is out working, and when it’s dry, we’re planning for the next planting.
