Our main operations are out in the G.I.D.C. Estate in Halol, at plot number 707. If you’ve ever been to the industrial estate here, you know it’s a massive place filled with all sorts of manufacturing units. We focus on engineering plastics, which means we spend our time with molds and heavy machinery. The noise of the factory is just something we are used to by now, and it’s actually a bit weird when things go quiet for maintenance. It’s a very hands-on type of business. We aren't sitting in a fancy glass office in a city center; we are right there where the parts are being made. The dust and the heat are just part of the job. Our team consists of people who know how to handle the equipment and make sure the plastic components come out right. We don't have any interest in using big words to describe what we do. We just make parts that go into other machines or products. Most of the people working here live nearby, so there’s a real local feel to the place despite it being a large industrial operation. Lunchtime is usually spent in the canteen talking about local news or how the shift is going. We’ve been at this Halol location for quite a while, and we’ve seen the estate grow and change around us. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening every single day. We just try to keep the machines running.
