Chemotech Engineers

Halol is where we are, specifically at Plot No. 609 in the Gidc Estate. Chemotech Engineers has been in this spot for a while now. The weather here can be quite something, especially in the summer when the metal roof gets hot. We’ve got some big fans, but they mostly just move the hot air around. It doesn't bother us much anymore because we are used to it. The road outside is usually dusty because of all the construction nearby. We try to keep the gate closed to keep the dust out, but it doesn't always work. Inside, it's all about the machines. We have lathes and drills that have been through a lot of work. We don't buy new stuff unless the old stuff really gives up. It’s about keeping things running. There’s a lot of paperwork to deal with, which none of us really likes, but it has to be done. We keep it all in a metal cabinet that squeaks every time you open it. The crew here is small. We know each other's families and what’s going on in the neighborhood. It’s not a corporate office where you don't know the person next to you. If someone is sick, someone else steps in to help. It’s just how we do things in Halol. We don't make big promises, we just do the work we are given. It is a long day.
