Zincast Engineering Works

Zincast Engineering Works is over at Plot No. 318. We’ve got a decent-sized space here where we handle various engineering tasks. It’s mostly metal and grease around here. If you come by, you’ll probably see a couple of trucks parked out front or some crates waiting to be moved. The building itself has been here for a long time. We try to keep things moving as smoothly as we can, though things always get a bit chaotic when there's a big deadline. We aren't really into the whole corporate thing. We just focus on the work on the table. The lighting inside could be better, but we know where everything is even in the dark. It’s a lot of standing and checking measurements. Some days are longer than others, especially when a machine breaks down and needs fixing. We have our routine. Start the machines, check the parts, and keep going. Plot 318 is our home base and it’s served us well. There’s a certain rhythm to the sound of the hammers and drills that you get used to after a week or two. We don’t really think about it much anymore. It’s just the sound of a normal workday for us. We just keep doing what we know how to do, day in and day out, without making a big fuss about it.
