Around here in Ramakona, everyone knows everyone. We set up Ramakona Kshetra Farmers Producer Company Limited because it felt like the right time to get some of the local growers together under one name. Our office is right there at 115/K in Ward No. 2. It isn't a big fancy building or anything, just a spot in the village where we handle the paperwork. Tehsil Sausar is where we all live and work, so it made sense to stay close to the fields. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit messy when we are all busy with the harvest, but we manage to get things sorted eventually. People drop by the post office area and then come find us. It’s mostly about making sure the crops from this part of the village get to where they need to go without too much trouble. We spend a lot of our mornings just talking about the weather or how the ground is looking this season. It's a simple setup. Some days it is quiet, other days there are tractors everywhere. We are just trying to keep things moving for the families living around here. It gets dusty in the summer and muddy when the rains come, but that is just how it is in Ramakona. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know the land and the people around Ward 2 well enough to help out.
