We are located in Siregaon, over in the Ke Kalan area of Chhindwara. Our base is at Chandrabhan Ramdev Suryawanshi’s place. We are a producer company, which is basically a group of us farmers working together. Chhindwara is a place where people still value a hard day's work in the fields. We don't have a big fancy office building with a reception desk. It’s just a local house where we sit down and figure out our plans for the season. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and the crops. Sometimes the rain is late, and sometimes it’s too much, but that’s just how it goes. We help each other out with seeds and equipment when someone is in a bind. It’s a lot of responsibility, but it’s better than trying to do everything alone. We aren't corporate people. We don't wear suits or use a lot of business jargon. We just talk like we always have. It’s honest and practical work. If you ever find yourself in Siregaon, you might see us out and about. We’re usually busy with something or other, whether it’s fixing a fence or checking on the crops. It’s a simple life out here, and we like it that way. We just want to keep our farms running and our families fed without too much fuss.
