Chhindwara Agro Farming Producer Company Limited is located at Gram Bhaisadand, specifically in Ward-14, Gauriya. We operate out of Chanchlesh Soni’s place. It’s a small village setting where everyone knows each other’s business. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment in the office, just the essentials to keep the records straight. The walls are a bit plain and the fan makes a clicking noise when it’s on high, but it gets the job done. Most days, we are more concerned with what is happening in the dirt than what is happening on a computer screen. We spend a lot of time talking to the local growers about what they need for the coming season. It’s a lot of back-and-forth communication. Sometimes things get a bit disorganized when it’s busy, but we always manage to find what we need eventually. The road to the office can be a bit bumpy after a heavy rain, so we end up walking quite a bit. It’s a very local operation. We aren't trying to be anything we’re not. We just want to make sure the farming in this part of Chhindwara keeps going. People here are honest and they work with their hands. We just provide a place where that work can be managed a little better. It's a slow process but we are used to that. Farming teaches you to be patient whether you want to be or not.
