You can find our office at number 21 on the Ambit IT Park Road in Ambattur. Being right near the IT park means there is always a lot of movement around us. It’s a very different vibe from the residential parts of Chennai, more industrial and fast-paced. We’ve been here in the 600058 area working as promoters, which basically means we spend our time looking at land and figuring out how to develop it. It’s not a fancy job. We spend a lot of our time dealing with local regulations, talking to surveyors, and walking around dusty plots of land. The noise from the industrial estate is just part of the background for us now. We don't have a glossy brochure or a scripted pitch. When people come to see us, we just show them the maps and the ground. It’s a very hands-on way of working. Sometimes the Chennai humidity makes the field visits tough, but that’s the reality of the work here. We like being in Ambattur because it feels like a place where things are actually happening and being built from the ground up. We aren't a massive company with a board of directors; we’re just a group of people who know this side of town well and work hard to get things moving for our clients. It’s straightforward, practical, and keeps us busy from morning till night. We just do the work and let the results speak.
