We've been over here at No.1580 in the TNHB Colony in Velachery for a bit now. Xs Real Properties Private Limited is just what it says on the door really. We deal with property stuff around Chennai. Being in a LIG II area means we see a lot of the local traffic every day. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People often drop by just to ask about what's going on in the neighborhood or if there’s any space opening up. We don't have a big fancy office with glass walls or anything like that. It’s just a regular place where we get our work done. Sometimes the phones are ringing off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the tea stall outside. We handle the paperwork and the technical bits that come with real estate. It’s not always easy work because the rules change and there is always a lot of running around to do. We try to keep things straightforward. If someone comes in with a question, we tell them what we know. Velachery has changed a lot since we started, with more shops and more people moving in every year. We’re right there in the middle of it all, keeping track of the plots and the buildings. It’s a job that keeps us on our feet. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our part here in 600 042.
