Our office is over in Indira Nagar, right on 1st Avenue. The address is a bit funny because it is Old No 55 but also New No 74, which seems to confuse the delivery drivers all the time. We have been doing this for quite a while now. Most of our days are spent looking over blueprints or talking to different contractors on the phone. There is almost always someone coming through the door to ask about a specific plot of land or how the progress is coming along on a building. The office gets pretty cramped because we have files and papers stacked up on almost every flat surface. Isha Homes India Pvt. Ltd. is not one of those massive corporate places where you can never find the person in charge. We are all just here in the same room working. Sometimes the phones do not stop ringing for hours. Indira Nagar is a nice enough area but finding a parking spot can be a real headache for the staff in the mornings. We spend a lot of our time out on the road too, checking on the various sites. It is a lot of manual work and making sure the supplies like bricks and cement actually show up when they are supposed to. We do not have any fancy speeches. If someone wants a place to live, we just show them what is available. It is a regular job for us.
