Rane Corporate Centre

Rane Corporate Centre is located at Maithri, 132 Cathedral Road. It’s an older building that has been around for a while. We provide space and some administrative support for different activities. It’s not a high-tech hub with neon lights. It’s more of a traditional office environment. We have several rooms and desks where people get their work done every day. The hallways are usually quiet, except for the sound of printers or people talking on the phone. Being on Cathedral Road is handy because it’s a well-known area, though finding parking can be a bit of a challenge sometimes. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here. A few of us manage the place and make sure the lights stay on and the place stays tidy. We don’t go in for fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just provide a place for business to happen. Sometimes the lift acts up or we have to call someone to fix the plumbing, just like any other building. We’ve seen many people come and go over the years. It’s a practical space for those who need a spot to sit and focus. We keep things pretty low-key. Most of our day is spent handling the basic needs of the building and the people using it. It’s a straightforward way to run a center, and we prefer it that way without any extra fuss or noise.
