Zira Constructions Private Limited

Our company is Zira Constructions Private Limited and we are based in Korattur. The office is located at No. 1 Perumal Temple Main Road in the Agraharam area. It’s a familiar neighborhood for us. We’ve been around for a while, just doing the usual construction work that needs to be done. We handle residential and commercial jobs, mostly local. You won't find us in some glass tower downtown. We like being near the temple road where everything is happening. The office is usually a bit of a mess with blueprints and samples of tiles or paint. That is just how it goes when you’re actually working. We have a small team of guys who have been with us for years. We don't really do the big corporate thing. If a client has a question, they usually just call our personal phones. Construction in Chennai can be a headache with the regulations and the heat, but we are used to it by now. We don't try to sound like we are the biggest or the best. We just say we’ll do the job and then we go and do it. It’s honest work and it’s what we know. Most of our days are spent on the site, making sure the walls are straight and the materials are what they’re supposed to be. We just keep it simple and keep moving forward every single day.
