ZINIRD INFRASTRUCTURE PRIVATE LIMITED is tucked away on the first floor at No. 45, Venkatesa Nagar 1st Street in Virugambakkam. It’s a typical Chennai residential street, so it’s usually got kids playing or people heading to the local shops. We handle infrastructure projects, which sounds big, but mostly it's just about getting the ground ready and making sure things are built solid. Our office isn't anything special to look at. It’s just a place where we keep our records and meet up to discuss the day’s tasks. We aren't big on brochures or fancy websites. Most of our work comes from people just knowing who we are in the neighborhood. Virugambakkam has changed a lot lately, and we’ve been here to see much of it happen. Working in infrastructure means we deal with a lot of mud, heavy equipment, and unpredictable weather. When the monsoon hits, everything gets twice as hard, but we just manage as best as we can.
