If you know Chennai, you know this road gets quite a lot of traffic. Our office is where the planning happens for the big steel structures we put together. It’s a professional enough space, but we aren't big on decoration. We have desks, computers, and a lot of blueprints lying around. The team here focuses on pre-engineered buildings. It sounds complicated, but it's really just about making sure the steel fits where it's supposed to. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at technical drawings. Sometimes the AC acts up, but we survive. We don’t really have a company philosophy written on the walls. We just want the buildings to stay up and the clients to be satisfied. The staff here has been around for a few years. We know each other's coffee orders by heart now. Lunch is usually someone bringing in a tiffin or ordering from the place around the corner. It’s a steady environment. We don’t do big events or anything like that. We just come in, do the calculations, and coordinate with the factory. It’s practical work. We’ve been in this building for a while and it suits us fine. There’s a tea shop downstairs where we go when things get too stressful. It helps to clear the head before going back to the numbers.
