Yuga Homes Ltd.

We've been running Yuga Homes Ltd. for a while now from our office over here in Alwarpet. It's a bit of a quiet spot, located at Flat No. A2 on the first floor of Sahana Apartments. We're on Kavignar Bharathidasan Road, and the place used to be No. 55 back in the day. People sometimes get confused with the old and new numbers, but we've stayed put. Most days it's just us handling the paperwork and talking to folks who stop by the apartment complex. It isn't a big fancy office building, just a regular place where we get the work done. We handle things related to homes and such. Being in Sahana Apartments means we are right in the middle of a residential area, which feels right for what we do. If you're coming down the road, look for the sign near the first floor. It's nothing fancy, just a desk and some chairs and a lot of files. We try to keep things straightforward and honest with everyone who walks through the door. Sometimes the traffic on Bharathidasan Road gets a bit heavy in the evenings, but we are usually here till late finishing up. We've seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years from this office window. It’s a solid location and we know the Alwarpet area pretty well. We don't really go for big ads or anything like that. Just regular people working out of a flat. Sometimes the printer jams, but we get the papers signed anyway. We’ve had this same office for years.
