We are Yaswanthi Projects Private Limited, and you can find us at No. 52, El Shaddai. We are located in the Unique Shelters area on Periyarpadhai in Choolaimedu. It’s a busy part of Chennai, but we’ve found our own little corner here. The building isn't huge, but it has everything we need to run our projects. We spend most of our time here going over plans and making sure our schedules are lined up. Choolaimedu is a place with a lot of character, and being on Periyarpadhai puts us right in the middle of it. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our office is more about function than looking fancy. We have a lot of stuff going on with different project sites, so this home base is where we try to keep it all organized. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but that’s just life in this city. We've been at this address for a while and the locals know us.
