Wonder Homes

You can find us over at Wonder Homes, located at 34, 100 Feet Bye Pass Road. We’re actually situated right on the top of Sagurm Travels in the Vijayanagar area of Velachery. It is a pretty busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of movement and noise outside our windows during the day. We have been set up in this office for some time now, just handling the regular property work that comes through this part of the city. The space we work in is simple and functional, nothing like those polished corporate offices you see in the bigger commercial hubs. We keep a lot of folders and maps around to help us stay organized with all the different listings. Being located right on the bypass road is handy for us because we can get to different parts of Velachery quickly when we need to show a house. We spend a lot of our time either talking to people on the phone or heading out to look at various sites. The walk up the stairs from the travel agency downstairs is part of our daily routine. We don't do much in the way of big advertising; most of our visitors are people from the neighborhood who have seen our sign while passing by. We know these streets well because we spend all our time here. It’s just honest, local work that we do every day.
