You can find Kumar Agro Company at No. 54 inside the Vysarpadi Cooperative Industrial Estate. It’s a busy place with a lot of trucks moving in and out all the time. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise and something happening next door. We’ve been in this unit for quite some time now. It’s not the prettiest building, but it holds everything we need for the agro work we do. We handle a lot of different things throughout the week. Some days are slower than others, but mostly we are packing or moving supplies. The floors are concrete and usually have some dust on them from the day’s work. We don't have a front desk or a lobby. If you come by, you just walk in and find someone in the back. Most of us have been working together for years, so we don't need to talk much to know what to do. We eat lunch together when we can. The industrial estate has its own rhythm, and we are just one part of it. It’s a practical way to run a business without all the extra costs of a fancy shop.
