We are located at Number 3/2 on 37th Street in Nanganallur. Chennai is a big place, but Nanganallur has its own feel, and we’ve been part of it for a good bit now. VVC Construction is basically a group of builders and office staff who just want to get the job done right. We don't use big words or fancy presentations. When you come to our office on 37th Street, you’ll probably see a few of us drinking tea and looking over a pile of site reports. It’s a working office, not a showroom. We handle various construction jobs around the city, mostly residential stuff. The heat in Chennai can be a real problem for the guys on the ground, so we try to plan our outdoor work carefully. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a late delivery, but that's just part of the business. We don't pretend to be perfect, but we do show up every day. Our team has been together for a while, and we’ve built a lot of the local walls and houses you see around here. Being in the 600061 area means we are close to our suppliers, which helps. We just keep things straightforward. If you need something built, we talk about it, figure out a plan, and then we start digging.
