We’ve got our office over at No.2, Ethiraj Salai, right in the Egmore area. It’s basically where the Radisson Blu is, so it’s a pretty central spot in Chennai city centre. We are a small group of people working under the name Vva Buildcon. We deal with building and construction stuff mostly. Being on C-In-C Road means we are right in the thick of things, which is handy. We don't really go for big speeches about what we do. We just turn up, look at the plans, and try to make sure the work gets done like it’s supposed to. It can be noisy outside with the traffic, but that’s just Chennai for you. We’ve been set up here for some time now and most of our days are spent on the phone or meeting people to talk about various building projects. It’s not always easy, but it is interesting work. We keep our office fairly straightforward. Nothing too over the top. We think it’s better to just be clear and do the job. If you know the hotel nearby, you know exactly where we are located. We’ve got a lot of local projects we look after. Each one is different and has its own set of problems to solve. We just take them as they come. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. That’s basically us. We just keep working away at it.
